Crust:
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and spoon out 1/2 c. of crumbs for topping. Spread the remainder to form an even crust. Cool.

Filling:

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. (9ox. box) frozen red raspberries or strawberries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 large Cool Whip (10 oz.)

In a deep bowl, combine egg whites berries, sugar, lemon juice, and flavoring. Beat 10 minutes with mixer on high speed. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over crumb crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Freeze at least 6 hours before serving. This dessert will not freeze hard.
