3 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli 1/2 c. butter 4 Tbsp. flour 1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered chicken stock base 2 c. milk 2/3 c. water 6 Tbsp. butter 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Cook broccoli until tender. Drain. Place in 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish. Melt 1/2 c. butter, add flour and chicken base. Add milk and cook until thick. Pour over broccoli. Heat water and 6 tablespoons butter until it melts. Add to stuffing mix. Place on broccoli and bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
