2 large baking potatoes
1/2 c. buttermillk
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of black pepper
Paprika to sprinkle potato

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes, prick skins with fork and bake in preheated oven at 400 for 45 min. to 1 hour. Cut warm potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato halves and reserve shells. Mash potatoes and combine with buttermilk, chives, green onion, nutmeg and black pepper; mix well. Stuff filling back into skins, sprinkle with paprika and broil until tops are slightly brown.
