4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Combine all dressing ingredients in 1/2 pint jar. Cover and shake well.
