1 stick of butter
2 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese
1 lb Ricotta Cheese
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 large beaten eggs
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cheeses, add sugar and eggs, beat. Add cornstarch, flour, lemon juice, vanilla and beat. Add melted butter. Lower speed on mixer and add 1 pint sour cream. Pour into a greased 9" spring form pan. Bake at 350 for one hour. Shut oven off, leaving cake in oven for 2 hours. Take out and leave on counter until cool. Refrigerate overnight.
