4 eggs
1 tbsp. skim milk
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. chervil
1 tsp. chives
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Vegetable cooking spray

In medium bowl blend first 7 ingredients; set aside. Heat skillet, coated with cooking spray, on medium and saute green pepper and onions for 2 min. Add egg minture and scramble to desired consistency. Fold chopped tomato into scrambled eggs, remove from heat and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover skillet and let stand 2 min. until cheese is slightly melted.
