3 eggs
3 tbsp. peach preserves
3/4 c. skim milk
6 slices wheat bread, 1/2 in. thick
Low calorie pancake syrup
Vegetable cooking spray
Canned peaches in light syrup or fresh peaches, sliced (1 peach per person)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egge, peach preserves and milk; beat well with fork. Spray a 9 x 13 x 2 in. glass baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place bread slices in pan in single layer. Pour egg mixture over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight.
At serving time coat griddle with vegetable cooking spray and place on medium-high heat. Brown bread slices on both sides until golden.
To serve, place french toast on warm plate, serve with light low calorie syrup and garnish with peach slices.
