1/2 c. whipping cream 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 6 c. freshly brewed coffee Whipped cream Ground cinnamon or cocoa powder
Simmer 1/2 c. cream in large saucepan. Reduce heat to low and add chocolate chips; stir until melted. Graduallyu whisk in coffee. Pour into cups and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle cream with cinnamon or cocoa powder. Makes 6cups.
