1 cup Minute Rice 8 oz frozen chopped broccoli 1/2 stick margarine or butter 1 small onion, chopped 15 oz cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz 1/2 cup milk
Thaw and drain the broccoli. Saute the onions in the butter until the onions are soft. Add the broccoli and the remaining ingredients to a greased 2 quart casserole dish; stir to combine. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
