1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. almond extract
2 !/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. double baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter; add sugar; cream again. Beat in egg & extract. Add sifted dry ingredients. Force through cookie press. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
