4 c bread squares
8 oz cheddar cheese--shredded
8 eggs
4 c milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried mustard
**optional--green peppers and mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 pan

Place bread and cheese in the bottom of the pan and mix

In extra bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients and pour on the top of bread and cheese

Bake 325 for 55 to 60 minutes

**optional--can pour butter over the top of mixture
