3 pkg. thawed wing drumettes, disjointed
1 fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
8 oz. soy sauce
8 oz. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sliced ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Layer chicken in large baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Turn drumettes occasionally to brown evenly. Serves 12 to 15.
