8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 lg egg
1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
48 scoop-shaped tortilla chips ( one 10 oz. veg)
chopped chives or cilantro ( chopped very fine) to sprinkling

Directions:

1.- Pre-heat oven to 350 in a lg bowl, mix cram cheese, jack cheese egg and corn. 2.- Arrange chips on a lg rimmed baking sheet and place 1 Tbsp corn mixture in each. Bake until filling sets, 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chives or cilantro
