1 lb medium pasta
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups half and half or whole milk
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp extra vinegar oil
3 cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
1 cup shredded asiago cheese
pinch of nutmeg

Cook pasta accordingly, salt and pepper to taste. 2.- In a lg saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute, then whisk in the half and half and chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste, simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened 6-7 minutes. 3.- In lg. skillet, heat olive oil medium heat, add garlic, shrimp increase heat and cook, stirring until shrimp is pink 3-4 minutes. 4.- Preheat the broiler. Stir the cheese parmigiano into the white sauce. Add pasta shrimp and toss. Pour into buttered casserole and sprinkle Asiago cheese on top. Broil until cheese is melted 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
