1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. fat free vegtable oil spread
1 egg
1 egg white
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven 350
In large bowl, with mixer beat sugars and vegtable spread until well blended. Add egg, egg white, vanilla; beat until smooth. Beat in flour, baking soda & salt until mixed. With wooden spoon stir in oats and chocolate chips until well combined.
Drop dough by rounded tbs, 2 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 13 minutes or until golden.
