2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c butter (room temp)
1 c sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c milk (to which 1 tsp vinegar is added)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Grease and lightly flour your loaf pan
Cream butter and sugar
Add other ingredients and bake for 1 hour
