2 lb. chicken pieces
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 c. potato chips, crushed
1/4 garlic salt/ dash pepper (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicekn in butter & roll in mixture of potato chips and seasonings.

Place pieces on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with any remaining butter and crumbs. Bake at 375 for about one hour, or until done.

Serve immediately, or chill and serve cold

This is a great (albeit a tad greasy) picnic dish. Also a big hit with kids. We used to serve it at company parties when Bill still had his brokerage business.
