1/2 lb. bacon
6 slices white bread
1/2 lb pasteurized cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp. Cut bread slices in cubes and place in a greased 3 qt. casserole dish or a shallow pan. Cube or shred cheese and put on top of bread. In bowl, beat eggs milk salt, and mustard. Pour over bread and cheese. Sprinkle bacon pieces on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until puffed up. Serve immediately!
