in a 13" x 9" pan, layer in order:
6 slices bread, cubed
3 cups sausage, bacon, or ham, browned

Combine and pour over top:

6 beaten eggs
3 cups milk
8 oz. shredded cheese
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. baking powder

Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until solid.
