1 head lettuce, cut up
1 c. chopped celery
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c diced green peppers
1 small onion, finely chopped
10 oz. frozen peas
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing
2 c. Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp. white sugar

Directions:
Layer each item separately and in order given. Mix dressing ingredients and spread over salad. Top with 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese.
