3-6 bacon slices
1 c. broccoli florets
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 oz. linguini, cooked
1/2 c. cherry tomato halves
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon, reserving 2 T. fat. Saute broccoli and onions in reserved fat. Crumble bacon. Add vegetables and bacon to combined remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Serve with additional cheese.

This recipe was printed in a magazine ad for Kraft parmesan cheese, and it was one of my favorite meals when I was single. It's quick, easy and delicious. Brock likes it, too.
