1-1/2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. poppyseeds
1 egg
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine biscuit mix, sugar and poppyseeds. Make a well in center of mixture. Add remaining ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling half full. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or till muffins test done.
