2 lb. bag powdered sugar 1/4 t. mint flavoring 8 oz. cream cheese few drops food coloring
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and mint flavoring together with hands until it forms smooth, pliable dough. Work in food coloring. Chill. Cut off small ball of dough, roll in sugar, place in mint mold, remove exess, snap out on cookie sheet. Refrigerate or freeze.
