1 (11.5 oz) bag Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips
1 (12 oz) bag Ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 T unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1/3 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375
In microwave, melt bittersweet chocolate and butter. In lg bowl beat eggs and sugar til thick. Stir in chocolate mixture.
In small bowl, stir together flour and baking powder; stir into chocolate mixture. Gently mix in semi-sweet chips and walnuts.
On a sheet of plastic wrap, form dough into 2 logs, each 2" in diameter. Wrap tightly and refrigerate at least 1 hour(dough can be frozen and thawed before baking as well).
Unwrap dough and cut into 3/4" slices. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 min or until shiny crust forms on top and interior is soft.
