1 envelope brown gravy mix
1/2 c water
3 T soy sauce
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pork tenderloin, cut up
1/4 c olive oil
mushrooms
onion, sliced
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. In skillet, brown pork in oil. Stir in gravy mixture, mushrooms, and onions. Boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Pour over cooked rice.

This is one of my all time favorites, and I always add extra soy sauce and balsamic vinegar so there is more JUICE!!!
