3 cups cubed potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped onions
1 can chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
2 T. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, broth, and salt and pepper. Boil 20 minutes. Stir in the flour. Add milk and cheese until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley.
