1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
6 T. cocoa, divided
1/2 cup milk
2 T. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 3/4 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 T. cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla. Spread in a greased 8" x 8" baking pan. Mix remaining cocoa and the brown sugar; sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over all; do not dtir. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cake rises to the top; sauce forms in the bottom. Serve hot with ice cream or whipped cream.
