Cut up chicken 1 t. sugar 1 qt. water 1 T. chicken boullion (1 cube) 1 t. salt 2 c. diced celery, incl. leaves 1/4 t. pepper 4 med. carrots (2 c.) diced
2 c. uncooked thin egg noodles
Heat all ingredients except noodles to boiling in 4 qt. kettle. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until chicken is done (about 45 min.) Remove chicken and cut meat into cubes. Cook noddles in broth til done. Add chicken to broth and heat 5 min.
