1 (1/4-ounce) package yeast
3/4 cup warm water (98 to 105 degrees)
2 1/2 cups plus 1/2 to 1 cup Bisquick mix
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Put 2 1/2 cups of Bisquick mix in a large bowl; stir in the sugar. Add the yeast mixture, stirring vigorously. Sprinkle your work surface wiith remaining 1/2 cup to 1 cup Bisquick mix or as much as needed. Turn the dough out onto the surface and knead well, 15 to 20 times. Shape the dough as desired, walnut-size balls and place on greased baking sheet or place in greased muffin tins, three small balls in greased muffin tins
and cover with a damp cloth. Allow to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. Just before putting in oven, brush rolls with melted butter. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned. Brush rolls again with melted butter while they are hot.
