One bag already clean baby spinach
Small carton strawberries
1/2 cup chopped almonds
2/3 cup sliced red onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Raspberry vinaigrette dressing (or any vinaigrette type dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and crumble bacon slices.
Roast almonds in a small frying pan, sprayed with cooking spray until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Toss all vegetables in a large bowl. Leave almonds and bacon for individuals to top salad off with.

Other options:
You can use a variety of fruits &/or nuts in this salad. Pears and walnuts go well together - add blue cheese crumbles. Oranges and cashews make a nice oriental mix. Pair the vinaigrette flavor with the fruit option for best flavor.

I love fruit in my green salads, mixed with nuts or blue cheese crumbles you cannot go wrong. Though you could use any mixed green, spinach holds up the best with fruit.
