1/2-2 lbs round steak
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 package beef stew seasoning
1 cup water
flour for coating the steaks
~4 tablespoons oil for browning

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the meat into quarters to make 4 steaks.
Mix the tomatoes, beef stew seasoning, & water to make a marinade.
Marinate the steaks in the marinade for 20 minutes.
Remove the steaks; set the marinade aside.
Coat the steaks in the flour.
Heat a large skillet with ~1 tablespoon oil.
Brown the steaks in the hot oil one at a time. Set them aside on paper towels to drain after each steak has browned. Add ~1 tablespoon oil in between each steak; allow the new oil to become hot after browning each steak. (on both sides)
Add all 4 steaks and the marinade to the skillet; simmer until the steaks are tender. (About 1 hour)
