3 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Dark Corn Syrup
1/4 stick melted butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Corn Starch
1 Pinch of salt
1 Cup of Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
After eggs are well beaten combine with the rest of the ingredients and pour into Pie Crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 until done. About 1 hour alltogether.

This pie is an authentic southern recipe from my home ward in Tennessee. I do not suggest pre-baking the pie crust before filling it.
