1 Box Yellow or Vanilla Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Oil
2/3 C canned Pumpkin
1 C Water or Apple Juice

Decorations:
Frosting, candy corn, licorice or just sprinkle some cinnomon on top.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray each muffin cup with non-stick cooking spray or use cupcake liners. Blend the cake mix with eggs, oil, pumpkin and water or juice with mixer at low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spoon into the prepared muffin pan. Bake 18 minutes or until done. Cool in pan completely before frosting.
