1 cup instant rice
1 can beef consumme
1 can french onion soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 stick butter
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Using a 1 quart baking dish combine all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Bake until the liquid is absorbed (about 45 minutes)
