CASSEROLE:
6 cups of cooked mashed sweet potatoes (6-7 lg) or 44 ozs of canned sweet potatoes
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 stick of butter
2 eggs

NUT TOPPING:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup flour

1 cup Pecans - chopped
1/3 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients listed under casserole in a ceramic crock pot. Mix the Nut Topping dry ingredients (except pecans) and spread evenly over the crock pot casserole mixture. Spread evenly 1 cup of chopped pecan pieces over the top of the dry mixture. Melt 1/3 stick of butter and pour over the entire mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-50 minutes
