4 chicken breasts
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med onion chopped fine
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 6 oz box cornbread style stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or bake chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Reserve 2 cups or more of broth ( use canned if needed). Mix together eggs, soups, onion, cheese, salt and pepper and stuffing. Add chicken broth. Mix and pour into 13 x 9 dish sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 min - 1 hr. or until brown on top.
