Crust:
1 stick butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 small boxes instant choc. pudding
3 cups milk
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Combine the butter, flour, and chopped pecans in a mixing bowl; mix well.
Press this mixture into a 9x13" baking pan. (this mixture will be thin)
Bake this at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; remove it from the oven; set aside to cool.

Filling:
Whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in 1 cup of the Cool Whip. Spread this evenly over the bottom of the pie.
Mix the pudding & the milk, well. Pour this on top of the cream cheese layer.
Top this with the remaining Cool Whip.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for about an hour.
