Ingredients:  
1 large can refried beans, 1 cup biscuit mix, 1/2 cup water, 2 lbs ground beef, 2 cups medium salsa and 1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix refried beans, biscuit mix and water and put in bottom of greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Brown beef and drain. Add salsa and put on top of bean mixture. Cover with shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
