1 1/2 lb ground beef, 1 - 16 oz can diced tomatoes, 1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce, 2 cloves garlic - chopped, 1 - 8 oz cream cheese - room temp., 1 cup sour cream, 1 - 8 oz pkg egg noodles - cooked, 8 green onions and tops diced and 1 cup shredded cheese - any kind

Directions:
Brown beerf and drain. Add garlic, tomatoes and tomatoe sauce. Simmer 10 min and put in bottom of 9x13 casserole. Cook noodles til al dente and drain. Add cream cheese, sour cream and onions. Mix and put on top of beef mixture. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake 350 for 30 min.
