1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 whole eggs, beaten
1 small onion, chopped
2 slices bread (dampen with water)
1 stalk celery, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups chicken, cooked
1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 can of chow mein noodles as a garnish

Tear the bread into small pieces.
Combine the broth, milk, and eggs.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the mixture except the chow mein noodles; mix well.
Pour this into a greased baking dish; bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Add a small can of chow mein noodles on top of the casserole; bake an additional 5 minutes.
