"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

In a large pot...add soups and milk. Whisk until well mixed. You can add more milk if necessary...you don't want it to be too thick, but not too thin either...about like the consistency of thickened gravy...it has body, but it still flows! Heat slowly on LOW HEAT and STIR OFTEN(creamed soup tends to stick to bottom of pot)! When heated through, ladle into bowls and top with any of the suggested toppings if desired!
The taste of this soup is flavorful and the quantity is plentiful! Everyone will think that you've slaved over a hot stove all day! I use Healthy Request Brand of Soups to lower the amount of sodium and also I do use 2% milk!
