11 cups (after draining) chopped and drained tomatoes
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 red pepper chopped
1/2 yellow pepper chopped
3 medium onions chopped
3 teaspoons chopped garlic
3 hot peppers chopped
1 package Mrs. Wages salsa tomato mix (found at Agway)
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Mix everything together in one bowl. Heat jars in hot water. Fill with salsa and seal. Can in a water bath for 40 mins.
