Saltine Crackers
2 cups (12 oz) chocolate chips
1 cup margarine or butter
1 cup nuts, finely chopped
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large jellyroll pan with foil. Turn up edges of the foil to make a shallow pan. Spary with cooking spray. Place a single layer of saltine crackers on top of foil, cutting crackers to fit the pan. In heavy saucepan, bring margarine and brown sugar to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring as needed. Pour over crackers and spread to cover. Bake in a 375 over for 7 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow to stand until chips are soft, then spread smooth. Sprinkle with nuts. Cutin squares while still warm. Cool until firm.
