3-4 lb whole chicken OR
3-4 lb chicken parts
6 biscuits
1 small skillet of cornbread
1 package onion soup mix
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon sage or to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
4 whole eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chicken in a pot of water to cover. Boil the chicken for about an hour or until done. Remove the chicken from the pot (if desired, save the broth for another dish); rinse the chicken under cold water to cool. When cool enough to handle, debone the chicken. Crumble the biscuits and cornbread; mix together with the chicken. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well to combine. The mixture should be soupy, prior to baking. Pour this into a 9x13" ungreased nonstick baking pan or a 9x13" greased baking pan; bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
