4 yellow peaches, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 unbaked 9" pie crust
1 cup sugar
1-1/3 cups sour cream
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup blueberries, stemmed and sorted
1 T. cinnamon

Glazed sugar topping:
4 T. brown sugar
4 T. white sugar

Blanch peaches for 1 minute in boiling water. Remove skins and slice.
Preheat oven to 450. Place peach slices in pie shell. Mix sugar, sour cream and eggs together. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with blueberries, then cinnamon. Bake for 10 minutes at 450, then 30 minutes at 350. Let cool and then refridgerate.

To glaze: Mix together white and brown sugars. After pie has cooled, sift sugar mixture over top and put under the broiler for several minutes until the topping begins to bubble and form a glaze. It is best to do this before serving. Yield: 1 - 9 inch pie.
