1 quart French vanilla ice cream
5 yellow peaches
Raspberry Sauce (see below)
2 c whipped cream

Raspberry Sauce:
5 c fresh raspberries, picked and rinsed, drained gently
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3/4 to 1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peach skin can be cleaned and defuzzed, or blanch peaches for 1 minute in boiling water. Remove skins and cut in slices. Serve a scoop of ice cream with peach slices and pour raspberry sauce over the top. Whipped cream can be offered on the side.

For sauce blend the raspberries, lemon juice and sugar in a food processor to make a sauce, Strain the seeds out, if desired.
