Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 slabs pork baby back ribs

BBQ sauce:
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons dried mustard
2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon dried red chili pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs on the rack of an oven pan or baking dish with a rack. Season the ribs with lemon pepper and parsley on top. Add 1" of water to the pan and season the water with 1/2 teaspoon hickory smoke flavoring. Cover the ribs with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Remove foil when 45 minutes are left for cooking. Remove ribs and let stand so the meat stabalizes.

Make the sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and let the sauce cook for 1/2 hour. Remove from heat.

To finish, place the ribs on a hot grill and baste with sauce. Cook 5 minutes. Turn, baste with sauce, and cook 5 more minutes. If grill is not available, you can finish cooking under a broiler.

Serve ribs with remaining BBQ sauce in a bowl.
