14 oz. package caramels (about 50)
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
12 c. air-popped popcorn
1 c. roasted, salted peanuts
1 c. M&Ms

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Cook caramels, butter and 1 tbsp. water in a large saucepan until caramels are completely melted. Stir frequently.

Combine popcorn and peanuts in large bowl. Add caramel mixture; toss to coat evenly. Spread on large, greased baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes; stir. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Spoon onto sheet of waxed paper; sprinkle with M&Ms and cool completely.

Break apart into clusters. Store in an airtight container.
