2 broccoli crowns, cut into small flowerets
1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup dried cranberries, craisin, or raisins
1/2 cup Hormel bacon bits
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup cider vinegar
Ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, pepper, bacon bits, dried cranberries, and shredded cheese. Add broccoli and toss until evenly coated with mayonnaise mixture. Taste to determine if a very small amount of salt is needed. Let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours. This salad is good for at least 2 days if kept in a sealed, plastic container.
