Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 cup diced black olives (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups broken taco chips
1 large bottle Catalina dressing
2 packets of dry Ortega taco seasoning
1 1/2 lbs. 90% lean ground sirloin

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat. Stir in both packets of taco seasoning with 1/3 cup water. Simmer about 2 minutes, stirring until seasoning is absorbed. Remove from heat and cool meat in refrigerator. After meat has cooled, combine lettuce, tomato, olives, taco chips, meat, and cheese in a very large bowl. Add bottle of Catalina, but only enough to lightly coat. You may not need the entire bottle. Serve immediately, as the lettuce will wilt if it stands very long.
